Our skilful chefs at The Gallery expertly combine and balance these tastes to truly awaken your tastebuds! There’s nothing like a sub-zero treat to beat the blistering heat! At both The Gallery and Lakeside Café this summer, we are offering a whole range of ice-cold drinks, milkshakes and scoops of ice cream to refresh your senses.
 
Home-grown Lychees
 
As you may have noticed, there are a variety of different lychee species growing around the golf course. And the good news is…when these lychees are ripe, our chefs at The Gallery will prepare a special lychee feast for you, free-of-charge.
