RTJII not only designed the golf course, but also was responsible for the course's shaping and managing the entire course construction. The golf course includes:

• 27-hole championship course
• 1 kiosk (or halfway house) per each 9 holes;
• shelters around the course (for remote locations, and most par 3's);
• starter's hut at all 3 starting tees (#1, #10, #19);
• golf carts paths; and
• distances marked in yards, and yardages noted on top of sprinkler heads.
